Account access, applications, and the paper blotter. Live trade desk hours will be posted with market access.
Use the email from registration or the SCG account number. The password is at least eight characters and must contain a letter and a number. The 14-day box on the login page keeps the session on that browser. Leave it off on a shared computer.
The SCG number is issued when the account is created. It is the identifier on the blotter. It is not a bank account number and it is not a routing number.
On the login page, open Forgot password and enter the account email. If mail is configured, a reset link arrives at that address. If mail is not configured, write to the service desk from the address on the account. Do not create a second account to get around a lost password.
Positions, working orders, cash, and day P&L in the client center are demonstration records. They let you see the desk — ticket, positions, orders — before clearing, banking, and live venues exist. A filled paper order is not an execution at an exchange. Do not send money because a cash line shows a number.
Use contact@sterlingcapitalgroup.info. Include the SCG number if you have one, and say whether the question is access, an application, or the paper blotter. The desk is staffed 08:00–18:00 ET on weekdays. Identity documents go only to that address when the desk asks for them.
